We were recommended MLB Properties from a friend and we were delighted from the onset.We needed a complete overhaul of our old kitchen which required major plumbing and electrical work. This was not only delivered to an exceptional standard but at very competitive rates. For the amount of work they achieved the time scale they work to was impressive. We were also given good contacts for Granite worktops which saved us a lot of money.

As he describes it as the ‘small detail that can add the quality finish’ this was certainly true and does make the work far more impressive than your standard company. The workmen were extremely respectful and trustworthy which is hard to find these days. I would certainly use this company for any work we need to do in the future. Another point is that although there was a few additions of work required this did not mean extra money on the bill at the end which we all know is common practice!

We recently had our dining kitchen completely refitted by MLB who firstly proved to be very competitive with their pricing and offered sound advice and ideas when first visiting our house to provide a quote. Our kitchen was designed and an supplied by a reputable kitchen supplier made to my wife’s spec, and MLB had no issues fitting the kitchen, carry out wiring, tiling, flooring, gas works plumbing and additional joinery to make my wife’s dream kitchen become a reality.

As we stay in an old west end tenement flat, there were some underlying problems which were identified and resolved quickly and effectively without too much delay to the programme. The project was led professionally and punctually with constant communication and updates provided. Highly skilled and friendly tradesmen carried out their craft to perfection with no problem too big and time taken to ensure a quality finish. Our Kitchen is now completely transformed beyond recognition and we could not be happier with the results.

We contacted MLB Properties after storm damage caused water ingress into our cottage flat. We had a quote from another company but MLB Properties was the most competitive. They replaced slate and ridge tiles. Their two tradesman were very prompt and got on with the repair.

Prior to the repair team coming, the surveyor placed a tarpaulin in the roof space to limit any further damage.
